Shipping

Orders are shipped FOB Rosemount, MN or factory, at the discretion of Safety Pulse USA, unless otherwise agreed to. Actual shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Orders are usually processed, packaged, and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order. For expedited shipping, contact Customer Service representatives at (877) 393-3118 for details.

Payment Options

Credit Cards: We accept Visa® and Mastercard®, for fax, phone, and mail orders.

Check or Money Order: Payment may be made with check or money order when ordering by mail. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars. Please do not send cash through the mail.

Prices

All published prices are in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars. In the rare event of a pricing error, Safety Pulse USA reserves the right to charge the correct price. We also reserve the right to change prices without notice should market commodity conditions unforseeably change.

If you decide a product isn't what you wanted or needed, there is no extra charge for us to simply put it back in our warehouse. Now that's peace of mind. Please initiate a return, refund, or replacement by calling Customer Service at (877) 393-3118 before returning any merchandise.
